Recommended purpose or use:

• Used in Herbal Medicine as a nutritive tonic.
• Thymus vulgaris is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve coughs spasmodically, the symptoms of bronchitis and mucus build-up of the (upper) respiratory tract (anti-catarrh).
• Althaea officinalis is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine (as a demulcent) to relieve the irritation of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa and associated dry cough.
• Trigonella foenum-graecum is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve excess mucous of the upper respiratory passages (anticatarrhal).

Recommended Dose: Adults: 1 tablespoon 2 times per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use the calibrated measuring cup provided to obtain an accurate dosage. Do not drink directly from the bottle.
