Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Orders are shipped from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.

We select the most suitable courier for each order based on destination, cost efficiency, and delivery speed. All shipments include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued for the product amount, less original shipping costs.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $45): 3-6 days delivery

• Orders under $45: Fee calculated at checkout

Express Shipping (Canada Post): 2 business days 

• Fee calculated at checkout

Local Delivery (Free): 1-3 days delivery

Local Pickup: Ready in 2 hours at our 8279 Lundy's Lane location

Eligibility for free local delivery is determined automatically at checkout based on your postal code.

Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days after order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and location.
