Wild Yam Cream may be a convenient way to ease symptoms such as insomnia, swelling, nerve & joint pain, cramping, heavy menstrual flow, headache, and PMS. Featuring chaste tree berry extract, this cream may also be useful in regulating hormones.

Directions

Apply up to 1 tsp on the inner thighs, inner arms, chest, and abdomen up to twice daily.

13% wild yam extract (Dioscorea villosa root),chaste tree berry extract (Vitex agnus-castus), black cohosh extract (Cimicifuga racemosa), msm (methylsulfonylmethane), Aqua (distilled water), emulsifying wax nf (polawax), grape seed oil, kosher vegetable glycerine, cetyl alcohol,  sweet almond oil, panthenol (provitamin B5), 1,2-hexanedoil & caprylyl glycol, vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), organic aloe vera gel (Aloe vera).
